Answer: No, they are not congruent

Reason:

The tickmarks do match up since we have segments with one tickmark (BC = EF) and segments with two tickmarks (AB = DE).

However, the marked angle is between the tickmark sides in triangle ABC, but the marked angle is NOT between the tickmark sides for triangle DEF.

We would need angle B = angle E so we can use the SAS rule to prove the triangles congruent. Unfortunately the diagram does not show this. The triangles may be congruent, or they may not be. Since we can't say 100% for certain they are congruent (due to this missing info) we side with "not congruent" until more info comes along.
