Explanation:

You simply multiply 1 ( from the missed side of the ratio ) by 4 ( how many Marcy got wrong ) which equals 4. Then you do the same to the other side. 4 ( from the "correct" side of the ratio ) by 4 ( how many Marcy got wrong ). 4 x 4 is 16. So, Marcy got 16 wrong.
