3.5 x 10^3
I haven’t done this in a while but… I believe this is right
5 time 4.2= 21
And 10^2 times 10^4 is 10^6
So 21 x 10^6/6x10^3
21/6 is 3.5 and 10^6/10^3 is basically 10^6-3
So it would be
3.5 x 10^3
