For only you: Long Sprint exercises, Passing Exercises and shooting exercises

In both sports Jumping is important(Spiking/defending in Volleyball and defending/rebound gain in Basketball), in both Short Sprints and Having quick reflexes to stop your enemy from proceeding with their plan is also essential. Passing, shooting and long sprints dont help in volleyball but in basketball as volleyball doesnt have a hoop to shoot at, there isnt really much passing and the area of play is somewhat small making long sprints useless.
