You will get 4y=-3x+12.
Divide all the sides by 4.
You will get y=-3/4+3.
Now input 1(x), and 2(y) into the slope-intercept form equation.
2=-3/4(1)+b
2=-3/4+b
+3/4 +3/4
2 3/4=b
You can simplify it into 11/4
So, the equation will be y=-3/4x + 11/4
