Answer: y= 2/5x - 5

Explanation:

To use this we will put the equation in point slope form

y-y1 = m (x-x1) (y1 and x1 and points where the line passes through)

y + 3 = 2/5(x - 5)

y + 3 = 2/5x - 2

y = 2/5x - 5
