Explanation:

4.

p(-2) = 6×-2 + 2 = -12 + 2 = -10

p(4) = 6×4 + 2 = 24 + 2 = 26

so,

p(-2) is smaller than p(4)

3.

r(-1) = -2×-1 - 5 = 2 - 5 = -3

1=b. Since when you sub -2 in for x you get -10 and when you sub 4 in for x you get 26.
2=c. Cause when you sub -1 in the equation you get -2(-1)-5 which is 2-5=-3
