⇒Given that a=27 in the equation
a=3b^(2) \\ in the place of a plug in 27 and solve for b

27=3b^(2) \\(27)/(3) =(3b^(2))/(3) \\b^(2) =9\\b^(2)-9=0\\(b+3)(b-3)=0\\b+3=0\\or\\b-3=0\\b=-3\\or\\b=3

⇒Note b can also be -3 but the only option available as the answer is 3

∴ b=3 in this case.

Answer:

b = 3

Explanation:

Given that,

→ a = 27

Forming the equation,

→ 27 = 3b²

Now the value of b will be,

→ 27 = 3b²

→ b² = 27/3

→ b = √9

→ [ b = 3 ]

Hence, the value of b is 3.
