Lets mark the angle right of x "z".

Our first equation: x=180-z

Because x+z=180

now we need to solve for z

Z is in a triangle, and the other two angles are already revealed.

so, z= 180-52-90

z=90-52

z=38

Now, substitute it into our first equation

x=180-38

x=142 degrees
