Solution

For this case we can find the lenght of the remaining side like this:


x=\sqrt[]{9^2-4^2}=\sqrt[]{81-16}=\sqrt[]{65}

And we can find tan on this way:


\tan \theta=\frac{4}{\sqrt[]{65}}=\frac{4\sqrt[]{65}}{65}
