The volume of the pyramid is given as:

V=(1)/(3)Bh

where B is the area of the base and h is the height.

In this case the area of the base is 72 and the height is 13, then the volume is:

V=(1)/(3)(72)(13)=312

Therefore the volume is 312 squared cm.
