The given inequality is

y\ge-3x+4

To know which coordinated pair is the solution, we have to evaluate the inequality for each of them.

A(1, -1)

\begin{gathered} -1\ge-3(1)+4 \\ -1\ge-3+4 \\ -1\ge1 \end{gathered}

This result is false because -1 is not more than 1.

B(2,1)

\begin{gathered} 1\ge-3(2)+4 \\ 1\ge-6+4 \\ 1\ge-2 \end{gathered}

This result is true because 1 is more than -2.

Therefore, the right answer is B.
