Supplementary angles are two angles whose sum is exactly 180. These angles are called supplementary to each other and don't need to be adjacent. For example:

In this diagram angles ∠AOB and ∠BOC are supplementary.

So, according to the previous definition. ∠CFE is supplementary to ∠AFE
