For this problem we have the following equation given:

-(1)/(2)w-(3)/(5)=(1)/(5)w

For this case we can add 1/w in both sides of the equation and we got:

-(3)/(5)=(1)/(2)w+(1)/(5)w=(7)/(10)w

Finally we can find the solution for w multiplying by 10/7 both sides of the equation and we got:

w=(10)/(7)\cdot(-(3)/(5))=-(30)/(35)=-(6)/(7)

And the final solution would bew -6/7
