1. Parallel lines have the same gradient
Y = -4/3+c
2. Solve for c by plugging in the numbers in the coordinate
7=-4/3(-3)+c
C = 3
3. Put the gradient and y intercept into one equation
Y = - 4/3x+3
Answer = Y = - 4/3x+3
