This will be done using


P(\text{Female)}=\frac{\text{Number of females}}{Total\text{ Gender}}

From the given table

Number of Females = 19 + 15 + 3 = 37

Total Gender = Number of Male + Number of Female

= 14 + 6 + 18 + 37 = 75

Therefore, we get


\begin{gathered} P(\text{Female)}=(37)/(75) \\ P(\text{Female)}=0.4933 \end{gathered}
