try to eat the foods that have fewer carbs and fat. Exercise is the key! Do more running and try not to be doing any weightlifting because that doesnt make u lose weight it makes u gain muscle. Eat protein and lean meats. Vegetables! Keep a 65 carb limit. Drink some green juice in the morning that replaces breakfast! Taking this diet seriously and exercising everyday will make u lose weight dramatically!
