The sum of the angles of a quadilateral is 360 degree. So the equation for the sum of angles is,

\begin{gathered} 90^(\circ)+60^(\circ)+150^(\circ)+3x=360^(\circ) \\ 300^(\circ)+3x=360^(\circ) \\ 3x=360^(\circ)-300^(\circ) \\ x=(60^(\circ))/(3) \\ =20^(\circ) \end{gathered}

So the value of x is 20.
