Given the inequality:


(a)/(10)-6>-12

Solving the inequality as follows:

Multiply both sides by 10


\begin{gathered} 10\cdot(a)/(10)-10\cdot6>10\cdot(-12) \\ a-60>-120 \end{gathered}

Add (60) to both sides:


\begin{gathered} a-60+60>-120+60 \\ a>-60 \end{gathered}

The solution on the number line will be as follows:
