Given:

(5x^2y^(11))/(2)(.)/(.)(x^4y^6)/(6)

We first need to change the divion to multiplication by inverting the term that comes after the division sign.

That is;

(5x^2y^(11))/(2)*(6)/(x^4y^6)

Apply the laws of indices;

(6*5x^2y^(11)x^(-4)y^-^6)/(2)
=3*5x^(2-4)y^(11-6)
=15x^(-2)y^5
=(15y^5)/(x^2)
