We have the system:

To solve it, we re-write both equations without the sign "≤", like this:

x - 2y = 4.

Now, we ask two pairs of points that generate the line.

In this case, for example, we would get (0, - 2) and ( 4 , 0).

And for the second one:

- 4x + 8y = 24

We also ask two pairs of points that generate the line:

We would get ( 0 , 3 ) and ( 2 , 4 )

Now we graph, and obtain:

This is how you can solve it. If we solve the system, the lines don't intersect each other so it's hard to know what could happen.

Therefore, the solution will be all the blue upper part. Remember that the poins over the line -4x + 8y = 24 aren't a solution because the restriction is only >24.
