Solution:

Given

W=13.12+0.6215T-11.37V^(0.16)+0.3965TV^(0.16)

Given that T= 7 and V=20.2

Substitute T=7 and V=20.2 into the W above

\begin{gathered} W=13.12+0.6215T-11.37V^(0.16)+0.3965TV^(0.16) \\ \\ W=13.12\text{ + 0.6215\lparen7\rparen-11.37\lparen20.2}^(0.16))+0.3965(7)(20.2^(0.16)) \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} W=13.12+4.3505-18.39148+4.48949 \\ W=3.56851 \\ \\ The\text{ answer is W=3.56851 degree celsius} \\ \end{gathered}
