we know that

The volume of a cylinder is equal to

V=\pi\cdot r^2\cdot h

we have

r=4/2=2 in

h=10 in

assume

pi=3.14

Find out the volume

\begin{gathered} V=3.14\cdot2^2\cdot10 \\ V=125.6\text{ in\textasciicircum{}3} \end{gathered}

If increase the amount of juice in each can by 10%

so

100%+10%=110%=110/100=1.1

the new volume is

125.6*1.1=138.16 in^3

therefore

answer is 138 in^3
