Write the equation of a cubic function f(x) that has zeros x = –3, x = –1 and x = 2.

Consider that the cubic function having zeroes a, b, c, is given by,


f(x)=x^3-(a+b+c)x^2+(ab+bc+ac)-abc

Given that the zeroes of the cubic function are -3, -1, and 2,


\begin{gathered} a=-3 \\ b=-1 \\ c=2 \end{gathered}

Substitute the values to obtain the cubic function,
