The power of a rotating body is given by:

P=\tau\omega

where P is the power, tau the torque and omega the angular velocity. Plugging the values given and solving for the angular velocity we have:

\begin{gathered} 37=5.5\omega \\ \omega=(37)/(5.5) \\ \omega=3.73 \end{gathered}

Therefore the angular velocity is 3.73 rad/s
