We have the following:

In order to calculate it, it is essential that you know the acceleration formula

a=(v_f-v_i)/(t_f-t_i)

vi, is 0 km/h or km/s

vf, is 66 km/h or 66 km/h * 1 h/ 3600 s = 0.018 km/s

replacing:

a=(0.018-0)/(11-0)=(0.018)/(11)=0.0031

The rate of acceleration 0.0031 km/s^2 or 39600 km/h^2 (0.0031 km/s^2 * 3600^2 s^2/ 1 h^2)
