Answer: x=-30

Step-by-step explanation: First use distributive property which then you would get
(2)/(5) x+\frac{2}5} 10 = -8. Then simplify it which is
(2)/(5) x+4=-8\\

Then subract 4 from each side

2/5x = -12

Use cross muplication. The answer is -60x=2 x=-30
