y= 3x-4

Explanation:

using the any line has the equation y=mx+c

m is the slope and c is where the line cuts the y axis (at x=0) so we can see from the graph that the line cuts y axis at -4 so

the equation now is y=mX-4

and replacing the point we have (replace every x=1 and y=-1)

-1=m*1-4

so m=3

so the equation must be y=3x-4
