∠7 = 95°

Explanation:

∠1 and ∠4 are vertical angles so they are equal.

so:

3x + 10 = 4x - 15

simplify:

x = 25°

∠4 = 4(25) - 15 = 85°

∠8 = ∠4 because they are corresponding angles

∠7 = 180° - 85° = 95° because they are supplementary angles (add together to = 180°)
