We have that Enterprise rents a car for 12 hours for $96, therefore:

(96)/(12)=8

Then, each hour in enterprise costs 8 dollars, which means that the unit rate is 8 $/hour.

Now, for Budget, they offer a full day (24 hours) for $180, so:

(180)/(24)=7.5

We get that each hour of rental at Budget is $7.5, i.e.,, 7.5 $/h.

With this information, we can conclude that Budget is the better buy
