Let the age of Han = h

Part A : Given : Han's age increased by 21 is 64.

So, the equation that represent the Han's age will be :

h+21=64

Solve for h :

\begin{gathered} h+21=64 \\ h=64-21 \\ \\ h=43 \end{gathered}

Part B : If The difference of Han's age and 17 is 54

So, the equation will be :

h-17=54

in this case h will be : h = 54 + 17 = 71
