We have the following information

1 bag

50 white chips

27 black chips

we are ask to find

the probability of drawing two black chips

first we find the total amount of chips

50+27=77

then the probability of drawing ONE black chip is given by

p1=27/77

since we are introducing again the chip in the bag the probability to drawing a second black chip is given by

p2=27/77

then the total probability is

P=p1*p2

P=(22)/(77)*(22)/(77)
P=0.123

then the probability is

A) 0.123
