The slope of the line that passes through the points (x1, y1) and (x2, y2) is computed as follows:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

In this case, the points are (50,25) and (200,100), then the slope is:

m=(100-25)/(200-50)=(75)/(150)=(1)/(2)
