We are given the function

g(x) = -3|x| + 4

| | is an absolute sign

Therefore, x can be -x or +x

The function can be g(x) = -3(x) + 4 or -3(-x) + 4

g(x) = -3(x) + 4

g(x) = -3(-x) + 4

g(x) = -3x + 4

g(x) = 3x + 4

Find g(x), when x = 0

g(x) = -3(0) + 4

g(x)= 0 + 4

g(x) = 4

The point is (0, 4) moving upward

The answer is OPTION C
