Mathematically, a golden triangle is one in which its sides are in the ratio 1.618

Since it is the longer side that is 36 cm

The shorter side will thus be;

(36)/(1.618)\text{ = 22.249 cm}

To find the area of the rectangle, we multiply the dimensions

We have this as;

undefined
