When we multiply a number by a fractional number, we can express it as the multiplication of the numeratorand the fraction divided by the ddenominatorlike this:

a*(b)/(c)=(a* b)/(c)

And with the multiplication of fractional numbers we can do:

(a)/(d)*(b)/(c)=(a* b)/(d* c)

In this case, we have -1/6 times 2 times 3/4:

-(1)/(6)*2*(3)/(4)=-(1*2*3)/(6*4)=-(6)/(6*4)=-(6)/(6)*(1)/(4)=-1*(1)/(4)=-(1)/(4)

Then, the answer is -1/4
