Notice that they didn't give you much drawing space for lowering the triangle 2 units. But I will do my best to draw the transformed triangle.

Step 1: move each of the vertices of triangle ABC 2 units down (which changes just the "y-value" of the vertexby subtracting 2 units, and keeps the x value the same)

A = (2, -4) transforms into: (2, -4 - 2) = (2, -6)

B = (0, -5) transforms into: (0, -5 - 2) = (0, -7)

C = (6, 2) transforms into : (6, 2 - 2) = (6, 0)

Therefore the transformed image becomes:

The transformed triangle is shown in red. With the new vertices in the locations we found above via simple subtraction of 2 units to the y-values.
