Elizabeth was playing a board game with her friends. On her firstturn, she moved 6 spaces backward. On her second turn, shemoved 5 spaces forward. On her third turn, she moved 4spacesbackward. How many spaces forward or backward from herstarting point was she after her third turn?

Elizabeth on her first turn moved 6 spaces.

On her second, she moved 5 spaces forward.

On her third, she moved 4 spaces backward.

Therefore, we can sum or add the spaces to find the result.

6 spaces + 5 spaces forward - 4 spaces backward = 6+5-4 = 7.

Finally, we can say that she is 7 spaces forward from her starting point.
