get a mixed number into a fraction

Example:

we make a new fraction, then the numerator is: multiply denominator by integer and add the previos numerator

the denominator is: the same

so

$\begin{gathered} ((2*3)+1)/(2) \\ \\ (6+1)/(2)=(7)/(2) \end{gathered}$

Second example

$7(3)/(4)\longrightarrow((4*7)+3)/(4)=(31)/(4)$

Third example

$11(1)/(3)\longrightarrow((3*11)+1)/(3)=(34)/(3)$

Exercise

to get a fraction into a mixed number

you divide the numerator between the denominator to obtain integer part

the integer is 2, is we multiply 7 by 2 is 14 , 14 needs 3 to be 17. then integer part is 2 and the fraction is 3 between the sme denominator

$(17)/(7)\longrightarrow2(3)/(7)$

second exercise

integer is 22, if we multiply 22 by 3we obtain 66, to be 68 we need 2, then the integer part is 22 the numerator is 2 and denominator the same

$(68)/(3)\longrightarrow22(2)/(3)$
