Given data:

The given angle N is (9x+8)°.

The given angle O is (4x+13)°.

The given angle P is (2x-6)°.

The expression for the angle sum property is,

\begin{gathered} \angle N+\angle O+\angle P=180^(\circ) \\ (9x+8)^(\circ)+(4x+13)^(\circ)+(2x-6)^(\circ)=180^(\circ) \\ 15x+15=180 \\ x=11 \end{gathered}

Substitute 11 for x in the first angle .

\begin{gathered} \angle N=(9(11)+8)^(\circ) \\ =107^(\circ) \end{gathered}

Thus, the value of angle N is 107 degrees.
