Taking the ratios of the Length to breadth

$\begin{gathered} (5)/(4)\text{ : }(3)/(2) \\ 1.25\text{ : 1.5} \end{gathered}$

The ratio of the sides is 1.25 : 1.5

Since the values are different, the rectangles are not similar
