-5x + 3y = -7.5​

step 1

Find the y-intercept (value of y when the value of x is zero)

so

For x=0

-5(0)+3y=-7.5

3y=-7.5

y=-2.5

the y-intercept is (0,-2.5)

step 2

Find the x-intercept (value of x when the value of y is zero)

so

For y=0

-5x+3(0)=-7.5

-5x=-7.5

x=1.5

the x-intercept is (1.5,0)
