Determine the common height of triangle by using pythagoras theorem in smaller triangle.

\begin{gathered} h=\sqrt[]{(13)^2-(5)^2} \\ =\sqrt[]{169-25} \\ =12 \end{gathered}

Determine the length of hypotenuse side x , by using pythagoras theorem.

\begin{gathered} x^2=(12)^2+(35)^2 \\ =144+1225 \\ x=√(1369) \\ =37 \end{gathered}

So length of missing side is x=37 mm.
