We know that in a parallelogram the opposite sides are equal, then from the figure:

3x+5=6x-10

Solving for x we have:

\begin{gathered} 3x+5=6x-10 \\ 3x-6x=-5-10 \\ -3x=-15 \\ x=(-15)/(-3) \\ x=5 \end{gathered}

Therefore x=5 and the answer is the third option.
