M is the mid point of line segment AB.

Q is the mid point of line segment AB.

Coordinates of A is (-3,5)

Coordinates of B is (9,-9)

The expression for mid point in the coordinate geometry is expressed as :

((x_1+x_2)/(2),\text{ }(y_1+y_2)/(2))\text{ = Mid Point (x, y)}

Substitute the value and solve

\begin{gathered} \text{From the given coordinates of A (-3,5) and B(-9,9)} \\ x_1=-3,x_2=-9,y_1=5,y_2=9 \\ \text{Mid Point Q(x,y)=(}(-3+(-9))/(2),(5+9)/(2)) \\ \text{Mid Point Q(x,y)=(}(-3-9)/(2),(5+9)/(2)) \\ \text{Mid Point Q(x,y)=(}(-12)/(2),(14)/(2)) \\ \text{Mid Point Q(x,y)=(}-6,7) \end{gathered}

So, teh coordinates of Q is (-6, 7)

Answer : Q = (-6,7)
