To solve the inequality we:

1) put the terms that include n on one side of the equation, and the constants on the other side of the equation:


\begin{gathered} 4n+3<6n+8-2n, \\ 4n-6n+2n+3<6n+8-2n-6n+2n, \\ 4n-6n+2n+3-3<8-3, \\ 4n-6n+2n<8-3. \end{gathered}
