The Indian Removal Act basically just kicked all of the Native Americans out of the eastern side of the United States. This removal was due to the fact that the whites disliked and discriminated against the Native Americans. President Andrew Jackson did everything he could to make sure they were out. He did not care if thousands died in the Trail of Tears. This act was even seen as unconstitutional in the Supreme Court case Worcester v. Georgia. Still, Andrew Jackson made sure there were no Native Americans in his country.
