Solution

From the fiure given we can see that the triangle provided is a right triangle so then we can use the Pythagoras formula given by:


c^2=a^2+b^2

With c the hypothenuse and a,b the oppose and adjacent sides of the triangle. From the figure given we have:

c= 10, a= 6, b= 8

And replacing into the formula we have:


10^2=6^2+8^2

And the best option would be:


6^2+8^2=10^2
