Answer

1) (2, -3) → (-2, -3)

We can easily see that this is a reflection across the y-axis.

A reflection across the y-axis changes A (x, y) into A' (-x, y)

2) (2, -3) → (-3, 2)

This is not a reflection.

No reflection will competly switch the x and y coordinates.

3) (2, -3) → (-2, 3)

This is a reflection across both axes.
