According to the given data we have the following expression:

(m^4)^6/m^24

In order to simplify the expression above we would make the following:

\text{First, }\mathrm{Apply\: exponent\: rule}\colon\quad \mleft(a^b\mright)^c=a^(bc),\text{ so }\mleft(m^4\mright)^6=m^(4\cdot\: 6)
\text{Therefore, }\mathrm{Multiply\: the\: numbers\colon}\: 4\cdot\: 6=24,\text{ so }m^(4\cdot\: 6)=m^{\mleft\{24\mright\}}
\text{Therefore, }=(m^(24))/(m^(24))=1
